Chairman’s Message

Ahmed Rashid Al Ameer
Chairman
Beta Technical Contracting Co.

Beta Tech has evolved from a pure Contracting Company, to providing Facility Management services focused on multi-site clients. While the Kingdom has a number of Industrial Facility Management we see a market opportunity to provide Maintenance Services to multi-site clients throughout the Kingdom, based out of Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar.

Beta Tech Facility Management has evolved since 2016, whereby we provide a hybrid mix of self-performing and subcontracted services to meet a wide array of maintenance requirements of the market.

One call from our clients and we can respond based on the type of call and the service level required by our clients.

Now any client with multi-site facilities can call us to respond to any technical issues that present themselves at any facility.

Our Contracting services are focused on residential services, but we also provide contracting services to the commercial sector. We have a unique design unit that provides custom services to meet the vision of our clients. Within this context, we have also established a custom woodworking factory that designs and manufactures unique pieces of furniture.

We are continually seeking to expand our client base. We have begun our services focused on the Restaurant sector, and are working to evolve the Retail, Hotel, Healthcare and Banking / Financial Institution sectors to provide Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Civil Work services.

We look forward to the opportunity to serve our community.
